Background: I put photography on the backburner (pun intended) to follow my passion for food and a career as a chef. After a long hiatus (seriously long..... my last camera was a film SLR) I decided to get back into it, so I've armed myself with a DSLR and a few decent lenses, and headed out to capture the world around me. My subject matter has changed a lot from back in the day and I now shoot almost exclusively nature & wildlife with some landscape and a little bit of architecture thrown in.

Favorite Piece of Equipment: My camera! I'm not a massive fan of post production. it has its place, but I believe a photographer should have the skill to capture a good image without having to process it later on a computer.

Favorite Place to be Creative: At home in my kitchen. It's not all about the photots....
